How should I store the olive oil?

Keep your olive oil away from light and heat. Close the container after use and follow the best-before date on the packaging.

What does PDO mean?

Protected Designation of Origin links olive oil to its terroir and local expertise. The Vallée des Baux-de-Provence PDO specification governs, among other things, where the olives come from and how they are processed.

Which format should I choose?

The 25, 50 and 75 cl bottles are made for the table. The 2 and 5 litre tins suit more generous use. Our gift sets bring together two 50 cl or two 75 cl bottles.
