Contact links open your email application or phone. This version of the website does not offer a contact form or newsletter subscription.

If you write to us, the information you choose to provide, such as your name, contact details and message, is used to answer your enquiry and follow up our correspondence. Depending on the enquiry, processing is based on pre-contractual steps you request or our legitimate interest in responding. We do not automatically add you to a marketing list.

Access and retention

Correspondence is accessible to the people responsible for responding at LE MAS DE LAUDUN and, where necessary, providers of email and hosting services. Data is kept for as long as needed to deal with and follow up the enquiry, subject to applicable retention obligations.

Browsing and hosting

This version of the website contains no advertising tools or audience measurement tools added by Terre de Laudun, embedded social feeds or map services. The video loads when you choose to play it. The menu and display preferences do not create a visitor profile.

The preview basket stores only your selected formats, quantities and delivery method in your browser’s local storage, for 30 days after the last change. This allows you to retrieve your selection and calculate an estimate; it does not place an order or send data to a payment provider. You can remove items from the basket or clear site data in your browser.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions set out in applicable regulations, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of its use or data portability, or object to certain processing. Please write to contact@terredelaudun.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

Future online sales

This policy will be updated before the online shop opens to explain processing related to orders, delivery and payments.
